Teams
The Team plan turns Capturly into a shared workspace: seats for your crew, a shared library, pooled transfer quota, role-based access, and an audit log.
Availability: Team is a per-seat subscription with a 2-seat minimum. See Licensing for pricing.

Seats
A seat is one person in your workspace. You buy seats at checkout and can change the count later from your account; billing follows the seat count.

Buying Team through the App Store or Google Play gets you a fixed 2-seat bundle, because the mobile stores can’t sell per-seat quantities. Add more seats from capturly.app .

Every member holds one role:

New members join as Viewer unless an admin sets otherwise.
Inviting people
Admins invite by email from the team page. An invitation holds a seat while it’s pending, so the seat count reflects members plus outstanding invites — you can’t oversubscribe by inviting more people than you have seats for.
Shared library and pooled quota
The workspace’s cloud library is common ground: recordings saved by any member are visible to the workspace, and every upload draws on the same 1 TB / 30-day allowance. Admins can also recover, save, or discard another member’s unfinished uploads, which matters when a guest’s take strands and the host who ran the session is unavailable.
Audit log
Workspace-level actions are recorded — studio creation and configuration, membership and role changes, and other administrative events — with who did what and when. Admins can review it from the admin area.
If a subscription lapses
Recordings already in the library stay until their normal 30-day expiry, and local files are never touched. Team-gated capabilities — the Studio, campaigns, 8-participant sessions — stop being available for new sessions.
