File Formats is the authoritative page for output specifications. The summary below is a quick lookup — where anything disagrees, that page wins.

The WAV master is a desktop feature; browser recordings run at 48 kHz inside the MP4.

Selectable rungs: 4K, 1440p, 1080p, 720p. 30 fps by default, 60 fps where the camera supports it.

Browser recordings produce the MP4 only.
